Zip files (.zip or .zipx) are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Download Winzip or Winrar to decompress your files.
Licenses, Contracts, Legal
1What's the difference between Lease and Exclusive Beats?
I've explained it with all details in the following article: What's the difference between lease and Exclusive Beats
2Can I still use beats that I have leased after exclusive rights have been sold?
Yes, you can. As long as you stay within the leasing terms, you are allowed to use it. Selling exclusive rights does not affect previous leases.
3I have bought Exclusive rights. May the beat be leased again or has it been leased before?
Once a beat is sold “Exclusive”, the beat may no longer be sold/leased. On the other hand it may be possible that a beat has been leased to several persons before it has been sold “Exclusive”.
4I've received a claim in YouTube about Content ID, Why?
All my beats are registered with Content ID in YouTube. You don't have to worry about that. It will display ads in your videos but nothing else. You can still use the beats on YouTube.
5Can I check any contract samples in your site?
Yes, you can. Visit the Terms section and scroll down, you will find a few links with the examples.
6Who owns the copyright of the beat?
Me, Firstclass Beats aka Firstclass Bangers (Jorge Pedraza Manogil) own the full copyright of every beat. You may buy a license but the copyright of the beat stay with me. You will have the copyright of the new song you make with the beat.
7Do I have to register my new song with a PRO?
Yes, as an music artist you should always register the new songs with your PRO (Performance Right Society). These organizations will collect your money from your royalties when any radio, tv, club, gig play one of your song. If you purchase a lease license, you should add the 50% of the new song to Firstclass Beats (Jorge Pedraza Manogil).
Selling your songs and Streaming
1Can I sell or stream my new song using your beat in platforms like Spotify, Itunes, Amazon Music...?
Yes, you can distribute your new music using my beats. Each license comes with a different sales and streams limit. Read carefully and choose wisely the type of license you need for your project.
2What happen if I exceed the limit of sales or streams?
In that case, you will need to upgrade your license to one with higher sales and streams limit. You will need to contact me in that situation: firstname.lastname@example.org
1Do you make "Custom Beats"?
Yes, I do, but only on Exclusive Rights. Send an email to : email@example.com for more information.
2Firstclass Beats or Firstclass Bangers?
Both of them, Firstclass Bangers was my previous beat maker name. I swap to Firstclass Beats because it was better.
